387 - Introduction to Manga, Ages 9-12

Manga uniquely tells stories with specific cultural and stylistic references. This class will go over the basic steps in creating comic characters and developing a story for your characters. We will also go over the style, history, and other categories of Japanese comics and cartoons.
- All materials are provided, but students are welcome to bring their own sketchbook if they wish!
