742 - Creative Mindfulness, Ages 12-15

Students will discover the practice of mindfulness (noticing without judging) while exploring creative processes of self-expression, such as Zentangle drawing, journaling (drawing combined with writing) and finally a Mandala drawing. Students will also learn exercises for improving overall health and well-being, such as breathing exercises, simple stretches, and mindfulness meditations.
This is an 8-week class. No class on September 23.
- All supplies are included, but students are welcome to bring their own sketchbook or journal to work in.
