743 - Creative Mindfulness
Adult Class | Available
Students will discover the practice of mindfulness (noticing without judging), explore creative processes for self-expression, and learn painting techniques, like watercolor, and collage. Some activities include Zentangle drawing, journaling (drawing combined with writing), and Mandala drawing. Students will also learn exercises for improving overall health and well-being, such as breathing exercises, simple stretches, and mindfulness meditations.
This is an 8-week class. No class September 23.
