1-Day Extension for Fall 2025 402 - Wax Carving and Casting Students


  • The Jewelry studio has a dress code, due to the presence of fire, chemicals, sharp objects, and heavy objects the Studio.

    To minimize the risk of injury, all Jewelry students must wear:
    • Closed-toe shoes (no flip-flops or sandals)
    • Pants, leggings, or long shorts 
    • Long sleeve shirts or T-shirts (No crop tops or tank tops)
    • Long hair pulled back.

  • Supply fee cover wax and investment during class. Metals are not included in the supply fee. Instructor will discuss metal choices and prices in class.

    Additional wax and metals can be purchased from the Jewelry Studio or from Rio Grande.
