In this all-day workshop, students will learn the art of riveting and tab construction to create a layered metal pendant using cold-connection techniques. These methods allow layers of metal to be fastened together without soldering.

Techniques covered include cutting, sawing, and filing sheet metal, as well as introductory torch work to create head pins for nail-head rivets. Students will also explore the differences between tube riveting and wire riveting.
