354 - Beginner to Intermediate Acrylic Painting, 16+

This class is for adults with some or no experience with acrylic painting. You will have a chance to express creatively and learn basics of painting on canvas. Exercises will be done with acrylic paint to better understand color, lighting, and technique. Learn in a fun and casual atmosphere. Our goal will be to complete two paintings on canvas.
Previous drawing experience recommended.

Acrylic Paints - Titanium white (a large tube)
- Mars black
- Primary yellow
- Primary red
- Phthalo green
- Cerulean blue
- Primary blue
- Purple
- Burnt umber
Brushes
- Small, medium and large flat brushes with largest being at least 1” wide
- Small, medium and large round brushes
Miscellaneous
- Canvas boards 16” x 20” or larger knife (trowel-shaped with rounded tip)
- Pencils
- kneaded eraser
- A smock or old shirt
- Rags or paper towels
- small empty jars or containers (with lids)
