TeamSTEPPS 3.0 Fundamentals Course 2025 for HEC Only

On Friday, August 1, 2025, at the HEC (Room TBD) the Office of IPEP Team is hosting and facilitating TeamSTEPPS® (Team Strategies and Tools to Enhance Performance and Patient Safety) Fundamentals Course for all RISE Center and HEC faculty and staff members only!
All are strongly encouraged to attend this interactive and in-person activity to enhance IPE team learning and discussion.
TeamSTEPPS prepares participants to help the healthcare community improve safety and quality through effective communication and teamwork skills.
Learning Objectives:
1. Describe communication tools for leading teams, situation monitoring, mutual support, and improving patient safety.
2. Identify tools for conflict resolution.
3. Apply TeamSTEPPS® tools and strategies to a teambuilding exercise
4. Debrief on how to apply TeamSTEPPS® to your workplace team
What to Know:
Be prepared to work in teams, take notes, and wear comfortable shoes for this interactive learning activity!
