Workshop | Available

Etching is a great way to transform drawings, patterns, and text into tangible designs. This one-day workshop will introduce students to basic techniques for etching designs onto brass and/or copper using permanent markers, ink stamping pads, PnP paper, and other resists to create.

Students will walk away with two etched plates that can be used in the rolling mill to texture other metals, or transformed into bracelets, earrings, or pendants.

To turn your etched plates into wearable art, check out our Ring-in-a-Day workshop on May 10.
